Processed to satisfy strict international export standards, our sawn softwood is available in both air-dried (AD) and kiln-dried (KD) moisture specifications.
Moisture & Seasoning Options
- Air-Dried (AD): Seasoned to 25%–30% moisture content and treated with professional anti-stain protection to preserve natural wood bright color during ocean transit.
- Kiln-Dried (KD): Thermally processed to 18% moisture content in controlled chambers, delivering optimal dimensional stability ready for precision manufacturing.
Quality Specifications (AB Grade Standard)
Our AB-grade spruce timber strictly adheres to the following quality criteria:
- Wane Control: 100% full square edges for maximum sawmilling and structural yield.
- Surface Integrity: Zero wane, no blue stain discoloration, and no fungal decay or mold growth.
